What is the order process?

1. Initial Visit:
   When you first visit, we will discuss your vision for your space and show you options for doors, colors, styles, and cabinet features.
2. Home Visit & Measurements:
   We will visit your home to take measurements and understand your plans for physical changes (e.g., moving walls, doorways, or windows). For new builds, we review the blueprint. Appliance specifications are also important.
3. Design Layout:
   After the home meeting, we create a 3D layout using specialized software.
4. Review Design:
   We email the design or meet with you in-store to review the plan, answer questions, make suggestions, and make changes as needed.
5. Estimate:
   Once you're satisfied with the plan, we provide an estimate.
6. Order Cabinets:
   To place the order, payment and signed approval of drawings and pricing are required.
7. Installation Coordination:
   We ensure your contractor has all necessary details for installation. Installation services are available upon request.

How long does it take to get cabinets?
Cabinet orders typically take 4–6 weeks.

What types of woods are available?
Oak, white oak, maple, poplar, hickory, quarter sawn and rift-cut oak, alder, cherry, and walnut.

Is there a cost to measure for cabinets?
We offer free measurements.

Do you have stained and painted cabinets?
Yes, both are available with a multitude of choices.

Do I want an island in my kitchen?
An island can increase storage and working efficiency in your kitchen. It can also provide seating options.

Yes, we have over 30 stock vanities in various sizes and styles, along with Onyx tops. Custom orders are also available in any size, color, or finish.

Yes, they do.

What is the difference between Shiloh and Aspect cabinets?

How do I care for my cabinets?

• Wipe with a damp, lint-free cloth and dry promptly.
• Avoid ammonia-based cleaners, soaps with dye, abrasive cleaners, or self-polishing waxes containing silicone.
• Use quality products like Guardsman cleaners.
• Avoid excessive moisture. Dry wet areas immediately and do not drape wet towels over cabinet doors.
